目的探讨炎琥宁联合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的疗效。方法选取2012年4月—2014年4月民和回族土族自治县人民医院收治的喘憋性肺炎患儿90例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组患儿予以炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗,对照组患儿予以利巴韦林治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁联合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎的疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of combination of Yan Hu Ning and ribavirin aerosol inhalation in children with asthmatic pneumonia. Methods Ninety children with asthmatic pneumonia admitted from Minqin Hui Autonomous County People’s Hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with Yanhuning combined with ribavirin, while those in the control group were treated with ribavirin. To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of children. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 93.3%, which was higher than that in control group (77.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Yan Hu Ning combined with ribavirin aerosol inhalation treatment of children with asthmatic pneumonia has a significant effect.
