背景:尽管代谢综合征对心血管事件有预测价值,但很少有试验探讨他汀类药物治疗对代谢综合征患者心血管疾病发病率和死亡率的影响。本项对降脂治疗达新目标(TNT)研究进行的析因分析评价应用大剂量阿托伐他汀强化降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的治疗是否对冠心病伴代谢综合征患者具有心血管方面疗效。
BACKGROUND: Despite the predictive value of metabolic syndrome in cardiovascular events, few studies have investigated the effect of statin therapy on cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in patients with metabolic syndrome. This factorial analysis of the New Targets for Lipid-lowering Therapy (TNT) study evaluated the use of high-dose atorvastatin to reduce LDL cholesterol in patients with coronary heart disease and metabolic syndrome with cardiovascular outcomes.
