杨进民,1956年生于陕西,1987年毕业于解放军艺术学院。中国美术家协会会员,徐州市美术家协会副主席,现为解放军工程兵指挥学院副教授。长于中国画,不随他人,不追时尚,注重从生活中汲取,并刻意求新,自成风格。作品曾参加第八、九届全国美展,纪念建军60周年、70周年全国美展,首届全国山水画展,第二届全国中国画展,中国画三百家作品展,首届全国水彩画艺术展,第一、第二届当代中国山水画油画风景展等。获98牡丹杯金彩奖三等奖,第一届中国美术金彩奖铜奖,第二届中国美术金彩奖优秀奖,第二届当代中国山水画展铜奖,第三届当代中国山水画展银奖,中国四季美术展铜奖,第二届光明日报美术奖优秀奖,香港东方杯国际水墨画大展东方奖等。作品发表于各种美术刊物,并被国内外多家美术馆和收藏家收藏。
Yang Jinmin, born in Shaanxi in 1956, graduated from the People’s Liberation Army Academy of Arts in 1987.
