随着建筑工业化的发展,高层建筑将逐年增多.高标号的轻混凝土将成为一项十分重要的工程结构材料.前几年我们在西安地区做了一定的粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的试验与研究工作,于1977年底前已配制出100~400陶粒混凝土,并用于空心楼板和大型壁板等.近年我们又用500普通水泥,采用掺减水剂及变频振捣的措施,初步研制出了500陶粒混凝土.由于时间短,目前我们只限于混凝土标号的试配,有关500陶粒混凝土
With the development of building industrialization, high-rise buildings will increase year by year. High-grade light concrete will become a very important engineering structural material. In the past few years, we have done some experiments and research on fly ash ceramisite concrete in Xi’an area. At the end of 1977, 100 to 400 ceramsite concretes were prepared before the end of 1977. They were used for hollow floor slabs, large wall panels, etc. In recent years, we have also used 500 ordinary cements, using water-reducing additives and variable frequency vibrators, and initially developed 500 ceramsite concrete. Due to the short time, we are currently limited to trials of concrete markings, related to 500 ceramsite concrete
