一、前言金属铝是炼钢生产中应用最广泛的脱氧剂,也是很多钢种的有效成分,因此在炼钢生产中如何有效地向钢液中加入金属铝,一直是炼钢工作者所关注的问题。目前国内各钢厂的加铝方法大都是在出钢前将定量的铝块放进盛钢桶或将铝块装入薄钢板箱后再放进盛钢桶(即沉箱法),利用出钢时钢水的温度和冲力将铝溶化在钢水中。采用以上方法,铝不易达到钢水的深处,而易漂浮到液面被炉渣或空气中的氧烧掉,不仅多消耗了铝,还影响了钢的质量,冶炼品种的命中率也不易稳定和提高。
