情绪作为非智力因素在当代教育教学中扮演着极其重要的作用。在教学中教师经常发现学生在课堂上表现地很羞赧;有的学生明明知道问题的答案,但不能脱口而出;有的学生对课堂没有丝毫的兴趣等等。通过教学中情绪管理理论的研究,可以提高教师对课堂中情绪管理的重视。情绪管理在课堂教学中主要表现在对学生认知活动的影响。在课堂教学实践和动机研究过程中,教育者逐渐发现学生的学习动机和行为很大程度受情绪变化的影响。因此,在课堂教学中帮助学生了解自己的真实状态,激发积极情绪,克服易冲动情绪,尽量减少消极情绪对思维的影响显得尤为重要。
Emotion as a non-intelligence factor plays an extremely important role in contemporary education and teaching. In teaching, teachers often find that students are very shy in class. Some students know the answer to the question clearly, but can not speak out. Some students have no interest in the class and so on. Through the study of emotion management theory in teaching, teachers can enhance the importance of emotion management in the classroom. Emotional management in classroom teaching is mainly reflected in the impact on students’ cognitive activities. In the classroom teaching practice and motivation research process, educators gradually found that students’ motivation and behavior are greatly affected by emotional changes. Therefore, in classroom teaching to help students understand their true state, stimulate positive emotions, to overcome the impulsive emotions, to minimize negative emotions on the impact of thinking is particularly important.
