12月中旬,寒冬已至,新年前夕,胡锦涛总书记赶赴山东、河南两省,走村入户,嘘寒问暖,看望受灾群众,关心他们的生活、生产情况。 在非典危机中和大学生同桌共餐、与艾滋病人握手、帮助民工讨要工资和年关时节看望灾民,国家领导人这些温暖人心的举动,打下了“执政为民”的深深烙印。其事虽小,其心甚大,在这960万平方公里土地上,在每一个群众最需要的时候,都能看到国家领导人的身影。 国家领导人的行动指示了方向,“以人为本”的执政理念,需要更广大基层干部去落实。
