凝聚在雷达上的信念——记中国工程院院士 北京理工大学教授毛二可

在庆祝建党85周年之际,中组部授予毛二可“全国优秀共产党员”荣誉称号,国防科工委党组对毛二可院士及其领导的科技团队进行了表彰,并授予“国防科技工业优秀科技创新团队”称号。毛二可是北京理工大学信息科学技术学院教授,博士生导师,国家级有突出贡献专家,我国雷达领域的著名学者,中国工程院院士。在50多年的教学科研生涯中,他带领雷达技术研究所,长期从事雷达系统的创新性研究,在新体制雷达系统关键技术研制中取得重大突破,先后荣获国家发明奖5项、省部级科技进步奖20余项,获取发明专利10余项。他积极营造“凝聚人、培养人、宽容人”的科研氛围,着力培养了一批学术思想活跃、创新能力强、发展后劲足的优秀青年骨干人才。毛二可先进事迹在北京高校师生中引起强烈反响。 While celebrating the 85th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Central Organization Department awarded Mao Erke the honorary title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member of the People's Republic of China.” The party committee of the State Commission of Science, Technology, Industry, Science, Technology, Industry and Industry held awards for the academicians and academicians headed by Mao Erke and commended the “ Outstanding scientific and technological innovation team ”title. Mao Er is a professor and doctoral tutor at Beijing Institute of Technology School of Information Science and Technology, a national expert with outstanding contributions, a famous scholar in China's radar field, and a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. In more than 50 years of teaching and research career, he led the radar technology institute, has long been engaged in innovative research on radar systems, made significant breakthroughs in the development of key technologies of the new system radar system, has won five national invention awards, provincial and ministerial level science and technology Progress Award more than 20 items, access to more than 10 invention patents. He actively created a scientific research atmosphere of “unite people, train people, and be tolerant” and fostered a group of outstanding young talents who are active in academic thinking, strong in innovation ability and full of potential for development. Mao two advanced deeds in Beijing university teachers and students aroused strong repercussions.
