步入中年后我丢掉了自己从事十几年的文化课,拿起了完全陌生的专业课,这对我来说不能不是一件大事。为了能胜任专业课教学,我多方面进修来提高自己的专业业务素质。我去一医旁听了营养课,又去向三级点心师班学习,但仅此还并不能完全解决专业教学的问题。看来关键还是得靠自学,我走访了一些开设营养学科的院校,上门求教取经。资料没有,我又到区防疫站收集食物中毒的实便。并对报刊杂志、书籍上的有关营养知识的内容进行分类剪贴积累,平时又通过各种渠道看、听,来接受新信息、扩大自己的知识面和视
