种子的变色给种子鉴定带来一系列问题。变色种子由于带有真菌,外观不好,往往难以被采用,但若按照发芽力作为鉴定标准,则可能以其具有一定发芽力而通过鉴定(Neergaard,1977)。经研究,有几个因素被认为与种子的变色有关。例如:种子未成熟即收获,随后又没有经过适当的干燥即行贮藏;刚收获的种子立刻成堆;由于强风的作用,使得稻穗相互碰撞受到损伤;籽粒形成期遭受病虫为害等,都会引起种子的变色(kimura,1938;Baldacci 和Picco,1948;Douglus 和 Tullis,1950;Wilbur
Seed discoloration has caused a series of problems in seed identification. Discolouped seeds are often difficult to be used because of their appearance as fungi, but they may be identified for their ability to germinate according to their germinability (Neergaard 1977). After research, there are several factors that are considered related to the discoloration of the seed. For example: the immature immature seeds are harvested, and then they are stored without proper drying. The harvested seeds immediately pile up.
