深入开展以为民务实清廉为主要内容的党的群众路线教育实践活动,是我们党在新形势下推进中国特色社会主义、加强马克思主义执政党建设的重大举措,也对检察机关进一步践行执法为民宗旨、改进工作作风提出了更高的要求。主动接受人大代表、政协委员的监督,是检察机关接受人大监督和政协民主监督的重要内容,也是做好各项检察工作的重要保证。各级检察机关要着眼于推进人民民主、发展社会主义政治文明,进一步增强接受人大监督、民主监督的自觉性,充分尊重人大代表、政协委员的监督权力,不断完善接受代表、委员监督的方式、机制。
