临床资料患者,女,73岁。主因左足跖增生物1年半,于2011年11月25日来我科就诊。患者1年半前左足跖近足跟处出现一约米粒大黑斑,无明显自觉症状,无压痛,皮损渐增大。近半年来患者自觉皮损处微痒伴轻微压痛,并在皮损周围逐渐出现卫星状黑褐色斑,未诊治。既往体健,否认有局部外伤史,否认有类似疾病家族史。体检检查:系统检查未见
Clinical data, female, 73 years old. Mainly due to left foot plantar hyperplasia 1 and a half years, on November 25, 2011 to our department. A year and a half ago, left foot plantar foot near the heel at about a grain of rice big dark spots, no obvious symptoms, no tenderness, skin lesions gradually increased. In the past six months, patients with slight itchy lesions with mild tenderness, and gradually appeared in the lesions around the satellite dark brown spots, no diagnosis and treatment.
