李嘉诚:香港需要和谐的政治环境据去年12月下旬香港各报报导,长江实业主席李嘉诚因为香港政治环境失去和谐,令他放弃一个约百亿元的投资计划。李氏以长实透过招标方式投得两幅地皮的事件为例,重申是在价高者得的市场规则下投得的地皮,但仍然惹来批评。他又提及长实追收挞订物业买家的事,表示向挞订业主追收差价,主要是重视法律和合约精神,却引来有的政党炮轰发展商。
Li Ka-shing: Hong Kong needs a harmonious political environment According to newspapers in Hong Kong in late December last year, Cheung Kong Chairman Li Ka-shing ordered him to abandon an investment plan of about 10 billion yuan because of the loss of harmony in Hong Kong’s political environment. He said that it was mainly due to the law and contract spirits that the traders who charged the owners with the post-sale postage were attracted by the shelling of some political parties.
