近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,人民的生活水平得到了很大的提高,旅游行业的发展也日益成熟,形成了一套较为健全的管理体制,旅游行业日渐成为国民经济的重要组成部分。但是,目前我国的旅游行业的管理体制的发展仍然存在一定的制约因素,要增强我国的旅游行业的管理现状,提高整个行业的发展水平和服务质量,就必须要进行体制改革,但是要建立起一套什么样的管理体制,改革要往哪个方面进行,都是一个需要认真思考的课题。本文将从旅游行业的管理体制的内涵入手,通过对目前我国的旅游行业的管理体制的存在问题进行剖析,进而提出对策建议,以期促进我国的旅游行业更好更快发展。
In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, people’s living standards have been greatly improved, and the development of tourism industry has also become increasingly mature, forming a relatively sound management system. The tourism industry has increasingly become an important part of the national economy . However, at present, there still exist some restrictive factors in the development of the management system of the tourism industry in our country. To improve the management status of the tourism industry in our country and improve the development level and service quality of the whole industry, we must reform the system, but we must set up A set of what kind of management system, which aspects of reform should be carried out, is a topic that needs serious consideration. This article starts with the connotation of the management system in the tourism industry. By analyzing the existing problems in the management system of the tourism industry in our country, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the tourism industry in our country to develop better and faster.
