过去本刊介绍过关于改用植物油或煤油代替酒精产生高温的设计很好。但实验室里,在许多情况下,还要常常用到酒精喷灯。关于使用座式(即纽巴尔式)酒精喷灯,我有一点体会如下:座式酒精喷灯用完以后,通常是把盖子旋开让它熄灭。这样做,灯虽然熄了,但壶里的酒精蒸气都要白白地跑掉。为了避免这种浪费,在使用之前可以尽量少加酒精;然而少了,又往往不够用,被迫再加一点。
In the past, this article introduced the use of vegetable oil or kerosene instead of alcohol to produce high-temperature design. However, in many cases, alcohol burners are often used in laboratories. As for the use of seat-type (ie, Neubauer) alcohol burner, I have a few experiences as follows: After the alcohol-type burner is exhausted, it is common to unscrew the cap to extinguish it. In doing so, although the lights out, but the pot of alcohol vapor have to run away in vain. In order to avoid this waste, you can try to add less alcohol before use; however, less, often not enough, forced to add a little more.
