对U71Mn、U75V材质道岔钢轨件跟端压型后采用箱式正火和中频正火后的显微组织、硬度分布、拉伸性能等进行分析。结果表明,从加热及保温时间、显微组织、硬度及拉伸性能等方面看,中频正火优于箱式正火。
The microstructure, hardness distribution and tensile properties of the rail parts of U71Mn and U75V were analyzed with box-type normalizing and medium-frequency normalizing after the heel pressing. The results show that, from the heating and holding time, microstructure, hardness and tensile properties and other aspects, intermediate frequency normalizing is better than the box normalizing.
