电话被盗用、盗打的现象时下多有发生,而且还较为普遍。电话被盗用有两种情况,一种是他人未经机主同意随便拨打国际、国内长途电话;一种是窃用电话线盗打电话,即非法用户将电话搭接在合法用户的电话线上打电话。这两种情况均会给合法用户带来较大的经济损失。
Telephone theft, piracy phenomenon now and then happen, but also more common.
