我能参加区“先代会”,心情十分激动。出席这样的会议,是我有生以来的第一次。这是党和人民给我的荣誉,是对我的鼓励和鞭策。我感到自己所做的工作实在太少了,离党和人民的要求还很远。与那些在各条战线上做出优异成绩的模范人物相比,差距还很大。我一定虚心向他们学习,学习他们用共产主义的精神,以顽强的毅力,对待革命,对待工作,对待他人;在许多平凡的岗位上,做出了不平凡的成绩,为我区“四化”建设而献身的精神。今天,领导要我在会上讲话,我感到很为难。因为我没有做什么工作,只能把我近几年来的思想,工作情况,向领导和同志们作个汇报。
