停顿四年之后,中石化系统开始了一次全部范围的工资普涨。这也是中石化自2003年大幅调整工资后又一次在全系统内对员工工资进行调整。目前,大政方案已经确定。国资委去年4月的调查显示,垄断行业平均工资水平远远低于竞争行业。因此,中石化认为加薪理所应当。
Four years after the pause, Sinopec started a full-scale wage increase. This is also the first time that Sinopec has adjusted staff salaries within the whole system since 2003 when wages were substantially adjusted. At present, the major political plan has been set. A survey conducted by SASAC in April last year showed that the average wage level in monopolistic industries is much lower than that in the competitive industries. Therefore, Sinopec believes that salary should be reasonable.
