使用聚胺脂作为冲模装备的工作部分在许多工业部门中得到了越来越广泛地应用,因为聚胺脂具有高强度,高耐磨性和交断裂强度。与相应的常规模具相比,其优点是造价低。同时聚胺脂冲模结构具有简单和万能性的特点。隔板(图1)是仪表内光电开关的组成部分。毛坯厚度0.5～1毫米,材料为16AT(注1)和19AT。毛坯是从板料上截下的片料。所示零件的特点是布置了多种形状和尺寸不同的孔,孔间具有窄小的搭边。
The use of polyamines as part of the die set is gaining more and more widespread use in many industrial sectors because of its high strength, high wear resistance and breaking strength. Compared with the corresponding conventional mold, the advantage is low cost. At the same time polyurethane die structure has the characteristics of simple and versatile. Partition (Figure 1) is part of the meter’s photoelectric switch. Blank thickness of 0.5 to 1 mm, the material is 16AT (Note 1) and 19AT. Blank is cut from the sheet material.
