该仪表是由原—机部第六设计研究院设计,我厂试制成功的一种低差压式冲天炉料位自动检测仪表.本仪表采用精密低压差膜盒和高频激磁差动电感结构,具有设计合理、结构紧凑、使用方便、发讯准确、灵敏度高、性能稳定、适用范围广,不存在水分蒸发和冰冻问题,能清晰地指示料位变化情况和加料高度连续可调的特点.冲天炉配备该仪表,不仅能指示料位,控制加料机加料,改善工人劳动条件,还有助于冲天炉实行质量管理,提高铁水温度和质量,节约焦炭.该仪表也可以应用到需要测量气压变化的各种设备和场合中.
