目的：研究现代护理模式应用于分泌性中耳炎(SOM)患者围手术期听力护理的效果。方法将68例拟行鼓膜置管术治疗的SOM患者随机分组院对照组34例给予常规护理，观察组34例给予现代化护理。结果听力重建有效率评价显示观察组显著高于对照组(97.05% vs 82.35%)，护理满意度评分及护理满意率均以观察组显著高于对照组(92.85±5.42分vs 86.12±6.85，94.12%vs 79.41%)，差异均具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论在SOM患者的围手术期开展现代化护理有利于提高护理质量与患者的听力重建效果。“,”Objective To study the effect of modern nursing applied in perioperative hearing nursing of secretory otitis media(SOM).Methods Cases of patients with SOM 68 undergoing grommet insertion treatment were randomly divided into two groups:34 patients in control group were given routine nursing,34 patients in observation group were given modern nursing.Results The hearing reconstruction efficiency ratings in the observation group was significantly higher (97.05%vs 82.35%),nursing care satisfaction scores and satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher (92.85±5.42 points vs86.12±6.85,94.12%vs 79.41%),the differences were statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion During the perioperative hearing nursing SOM patients,the application modern nursing will help improve the quality of nursing care and patient outcomes hearing reconstruction.
