目的：探讨血液透析患者中运用护理干预对其心理状态与生活质量的影响。方法研究我院2014年10月~2015年11月血液透析患者80例，分为对照组和观察组各40例，其中对照组运用常规护理，观察组运用护理干预，分析两组患者护理后心理状态与生活质量差异。结果在SAS和SDS评分上，观察组干预后低于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义，<0.05；在生活质量评分上，干预后各项指标观察组均高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义，<0.05。结论护理干预可以有效的提升血液透析患者心理状态和生活质量。“,”Objective To investigate the effects on the psychological status and quality of life in the blood of dialysis patients nursing intervention.
