①正常的社会交往,交往双方或多方,于地位上是完全平等的,情感上是完全自愿的,结果也应该是互利的,不存在任何让人恐惧或拘谨的理由。但在现实生活中,往往存在许多这样的情况:有的人心里很想与人交往,往往难以启齿,即使勉强交谈,也是心慌意乱,语无伦次,更有甚者,与陌生人眼神偶尔相对,也会脸红心跳,不知所措。
