研究大鼠大脑中动脉(MCA)短暂闭塞后血管源性脑水肿(VBE)与调亡细胞数的关系。VBE程度用光密度法测量甲酸胺提取外渗至血脑屏障(BBB)受损最严重的脑区Evans蓝(EB)含量定量,石蜡切片的调亡细胞数用原位末端标记法(ISEL)检测。结果表明BBB受损程度与调亡细胞数随缺血时间延长而增加二者密切相关。VBE促进了细胞凋亡机制。
To study the relationship between vasogenic brain edema (VBE) and the number of apoptotic cells after transient occlusion of middle cerebral artery (MCA) in rats. VBE was measured by optical density spectrophotometry For Evans blue (EB) content of extravasation of extravasation to the most damaged brain region of blood-brain barrier (BBB) was quantified. The number of apoptotic cells in paraffin sections was determined by ISEL, Detection. The results showed that the degree of BBB damage and the number of apoptotic cells increased with prolonged ischemia is closely related to both. VBE promotes the mechanism of apoptosis.
