油菜是本省最主要的食用油料作物。种好油菜,对改善人民生活和增加肥料、饲料都有重大的意义。因此,在以粮为网,优先发展粮食生产的同时,一定要把油菜种好。几年来,油菜生产不断发展,产量不断提高,大面积亩产200斤以上的高产田到处出现,证明油菜完全能够高产。但是目前还有相当一部分油菜,由于施肥不足,管理粗放,病害严重,产量很低,甚至有种无收。为了迅速改变这种产量极不平衡的情况,力争全面实现亩产200斤,必须普遍推广高产经验,革新种植技术,象种菜园一样地种好、管好油菜。
Rape is the province’s main edible oil crops. Planting rapeseed is of great significance to improving people’s lives and increasing fertilizers and feeds. Therefore, we must plant rapeseed while giving priority to the development of grain production based on food. Over the past few years, the continuous development of rapeseed production, production continues to increase, large areas of more than 200 pounds per mu of high-yield fields everywhere, that rape is fully able to yield. But there is still a considerable part of rape, due to inadequate fertilization, extensive management, serious diseases, low yields, and even a kind of crop failure. In order to rapidly change this extremely unbalanced yield situation and strive to realize a total yield of 200 kilograms per mu, we must generally promote high-yielding experience and innovate planting techniques, cultivate them in the same way as vegetable gardens, and manage their rapeseed.
