“走过去,前面就是一片天”,这是参加上海市第七期创业培训(轻工)班学员共同由衷的感叹。学员老杨和老马原是轻工某国有企业的经营者,参加培训班后,勇敢地迈出了改制的步子,顺利地将原企业改制为新型的民营企业。他们带领106名职工艰苦创业,今年上半年实现利润50万元,预计全年利润将达到120万元,远远超出改制前全年利润30万元的水平,职工收入也提高了11％,为企业持续稳定地发展打下了良好的基础。他们十分感慨地说:“是培训班坚定了我们改制的决心,是培训班教会了我们改制的方法,是培训班给我们插上了创业的翅膀,是培训班为我们指引了致富的前程。”
