经济社会的快速发展需要人才作为基础支撑,而人才的培养则依赖于教育。教育要发展、要创新,则需要教师去勇于尝试、大胆突破,根据新课程标准的要求不断改革教学方法和教学内容。只有做好乡镇小学的教育管理工作,才能培养出应用型高素质的综合性人才。文章从乡镇小学教育管理工作应该坚持的基本原则出发,介绍了我国乡镇小学教学发展的现状。目前,乡镇小学的教育管理工作还存在着很多问题和不足,比如教师短缺、设施落后等等。要想改变这种现状,就要采取科学合理的解决对策:首先要坚持将德育教育放在乡镇学校教育的首位,先教学生如何做人;其次顺应教育体制改革的具体要求,创新教学内容和教学方式;再次要完善乡镇小学的基础教学设施建设;最后要加强对教师的培训,提高教师整体素质。相信通过以上几项可行性措施的落实,必定会改善乡镇小学教育管理工作落后的现状,从而为培养二十一世纪的新型人才提供保障。
