选腿部种植有Walker—256肿瘤的大白鼠24只,分4组进行不同方法实验,分别为单纯水浴加温、水浴加温合并药物动脉灌注、肿瘤供血动脉结扎并水浴加温;实验前后经股静脉抽血测定GPT和AKP等,实验时连续测定肿瘤内部温度,在实验后的不同时期处死动物,取其心、脑、肝、肺和肾组织做病理检查.结果表明:3组实验动物肿瘤周围组织反应基本一致,表现为充血、水肿、脱皮、脱毛,主要脏器无异常发现,局部正常组织的反应在15d内恢复;动脉结扎合并水浴加温肿瘤内部温度上升情况比其它组好.
Twenty-four rats with Walker-256 tumor implanted in the leg were selected and divided into 4 groups for different methods: water bath heating, water bath heating, drug arterial infusion, ligation of tumor feeding artery, and heating in water bath; The femoral vein blood was measured for GPT, AKP, etc. The internal temperature of the tumor was continuously measured during the experiment.
