采用 2个品种、2个时期、2个剂量的 3因素随机区组试验 ,对新型小麦化学杂交剂 94 0 3的杀雄效果及其对小麦生长发育的影响进行研究。结果表明 :1小麦雌雄蕊分化期喷施 0 .75kg/ hm2 94 0 3的不育率最高 ,为 89.1 1 % ,其自然授粉结实率达 77.2 8% ;2 94 0 3的杀雄效果取决于品种和时期 ,且二者存在显著的互作效应 ;3药隔期喷施 94 0 3比雌雄蕊分化期喷施的千粒重降低 1 .9~ 8.4 g;0 .75kg/ hm2 处理比0 .50 kg/ hm2的株高降低 3.7cm,差异显著 ;4不同品种敏感性不同 ,BAU95对 94 0 3反应敏感 ,不育率高 ;SN1 861则相反
The effects of the new wheat chemical hybrid 9430 on male sterility and its effect on the growth and development of wheat were studied by three-factor randomized block test with 2 varieties, 2 periods and 2 doses.
