对四元杂种 [(亚洲棉×比克氏棉 )× (陆地棉×夏威夷棉 ) ]F1的形态性状、花粉母细胞减数分裂情况进行研究 ,结果表明 ,F1变异最大的是花 ,遗传了比克氏棉的红花基部有紫红大斑的性状。花粉母细胞在减数分裂时 ,大多染色体不能联会配对 ,而以单价体的形式存在 ,并且染色体在后期 向两极分开的时候 ,形成了染色体“桥”。末期 形成的 4分孢子数占 1 9.58%,其中 4个基本一样大的仅占 6.2 9%,因而形成的花粉粒大多没有生活力 ,这是四元杂种不育的主要原因
The morphological traits and meiosis of pollen mother cells of quaternary hybrids (Asian cotton × Beech × cotton × Hawaiian cotton) were studied.
