合成了１０ 个未见报道的异喹啉衍生物，其化学结构经ＩＲ，１ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ及元素分析证实．经大鼠肝膜血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗活性研究表明，其中两个化合物具有一定拮抗活性．
Ten unrelated isoquinoline derivatives were synthesized and their chemical structures were confirmed by IR, 1H-NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The rat hepatic angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonistic activity studies showed that two compounds have some antagonistic activity.
