研讨式教学是近年来各级各类干部教育培训机构大力倡导和推进的一种教学方式。在对干部教育培训研讨式教学研究已有文献梳理与评析的基础上,概括了干部教育培训研讨式教学的比较优势和基本流程。提升干部教育培训研讨式教学实效,必须倡导研究型教学改革理念,努力打造研讨型师资队伍,优化干部教育培训体制机制,科学设置与适时调控研讨流程。
Seminar teaching is a kind of teaching method advocated and promoted vigorously by various types of cadre education and training institutions at all levels in recent years. On the basis of combing and reviewing literature research on cadre education and training seminar teaching, this paper summarizes the comparative advantage and basic process of seminar teaching on cadre education and training. To enhance the teaching effectiveness of the seminar-type teaching and training of cadres, we must advocate the concept of research-based teaching reform, strive to create a team of seminar-type teachers, and optimize the system and mechanism of scientific and technological education and training of cadres as well as the scientific process of setting up and timely regulation and control.
