This article describes the services of innovative intermediaries in developed countries and evaluates their technical policies. Analyzes the reasons that restrict the development of China’s technological innovation intermediary organizations: the system defects of the transformation of technological achievements; the lack of government’s macro-control and guidance support; the related legal and policy environment is not perfect. And for these problems, gives the development of China’s technological innovation intermediary perspective
