Recently, the book “The Revolution in the Intestine” written by Mr. Michiko Okamoto, a world microbiologist and authoritative author of microbiology in Japan, has been a hit in Japan. This book reminds people that in the 21st century when science develops, there must be a revolutionary shift in people’s conception of consciousness in the gut area. In the past, it was thought that the intestine was nothing more than a digestive organ, especially the colon, but a place to absorb moisture and store and drain waste. However, in recent years, in-depth studies by micro-ecologists have demonstrated that the enteral environment is associated with human health, beauty, aging and cancer.
