幼龄小白鼠连续饮用5%、10%和15%酒精水溶液60d后,发现5%酒精组胃粘膜表面已明显出现上皮细胞游离面的结构变化,胃粘膜表面出现高低不平和大小形状不一的隆起,胃小凹也出现形状不规则和数密度降低等病理性变化,这些异常现象均有随酒精浓度增高而加重的趋势。
