用光镜和电镜方法研究人胎小肠上皮细胞的发生,发现了一种核下含嗜伊红颗粒的细胞和胞质内含嗜伊红团块的杯状细胞;用免疫组化方法研究了EC细胞和G细胞的发生以及EC细胞与嗜银细胞的关系,并对杯状细胞分泌物、M细胞及濑木帽进行了分析研究。
Using light microscopy and electron microscopy to study the occurrence of human fetal small intestine epithelial cells, a cell containing eosinophilic granulocytes and goblet cells containing cytoplasmic eosinophilic granules were found. Immunohistochemistry EC cells and G cells and the relationship between EC cells and argyrophilic cells, and goblet cell secretions, M cells and Miseki cap were analyzed.
