[目的]了解平顶山地区乙肝基因型分布。[方法]用上海瑞芯生物科技有限公司和中科院上海微系统与信息技术研究所提供试剂,对113例血清标本进行基因分析,并检测各型之间与ALT、HBV-DNA含量以及HBeAg表达。[结果]113例HBV-DNA阳性患者基因分型分布为:B型77例,C型14例,BC混合型15例,未分型7例。[结论]本地区HBV-DNA基因分型以B型为主,基因型B与年轻非肝硬化患者HCC发生有关,基因型C型可能与肝炎症状加重有关,如果BC混合感染,两种基因“相互促进作用”可能更加重肝炎症状。
[Objective] To understand the Hepatitis B genotype distribution in Pingdingshan area. [Methods] The reagents of Shanghai Ruixin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences were used to analyze the genetic samples of 113 serum samples. The levels of ALT, HBV-DNA and HBeAg were also detected. [Results] The genotypes of 113 HBV-DNA positive patients were as follows: type B 77 cases, type C 14 cases, BC mixed type 15 cases and undifferentiated type 7 cases. [Conclusion] The genotypes of HBV-DNA in this area are mainly genotype B, and genotype B is associated with the occurrence of HCC in young non-cirrhotic patients. Genotype C may be related to the aggravation of hepatitis symptoms. If BC is mixed and infected, “Mutual promotion” may be more severe hepatitis symptoms.
