目的 探讨CyclinD1和 p5 3在宫颈癌中过表达的意义。 方法 采用免疫组化SP法对 5 0例宫颈浸润性鳞癌、10例宫颈上皮肉瘤样变 (CIN)和 10例正常宫颈鳞状上皮中CyclinD1和p5 3蛋白进行了检测。 结果 CyclinD1和p5 3蛋白在宫颈浸润性鳞癌中过表达率分别为 70 %和 5 0 % ,CyclinD1和 p5 3在CIN中的过表达率分别为 30 %、2 0 % ,而在对照组中未出现过表达。CyclinD1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌病理Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级中的过表达率明显高于病理Ⅰ级 (P <0 .0 5 )。CyclinD1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌临床Ⅲ期中的过表达率明显高于临床Ⅱ期 (P <0 .0 5 )。p5 3在宫颈浸润性鳞癌病理Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级中的过表达率明显高于病理Ⅰ级 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CyclinD1和 p5 3均与细胞周期G1/S期转换有关 ,它们的过度表达可能在不同的通路以不同的机制与宫颈癌的发生和发展有关。
Objective To investigate the significance of overexpression of CyclinD1 and p5 3 in cervical cancer. Methods The expressions of CyclinD1 and p5 3 proteins in 50 cases of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 10 cases of cervical epithelial sarcomatoid carcinogenesis (CIN) and 10 cases of normal cervical squamous epithelium were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The overexpression rates of CyclinD1 and p5 3 in invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma were 70% and 50%, respectively. The overexpression rates of CyclinD1 and p5 3 in CIN were 30% and 20%, respectively. However, in the control group No overexpression occurred. The overexpression rate of CyclinD1 in pathological grades Ⅱ and Ⅲ of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in pathological grade Ⅰ (P <0.05). The overexpression rate of CyclinD1 in stage Ⅲ clinical cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in clinical stage Ⅱ (P <0.05). The overexpression rate of p5 3 in pathological grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in pathological grade Ⅰ (P <0.05). Conclusions CyclinD1 and p5 3 are both involved in the G1 / S transition of cell cycle. Their overexpression may be related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer in different pathways with different mechanisms.
