在整頓學習紀律以前,本校學習紀律是相當混亂的。在工作組(由市教育局,市、區青委和區委等方面組成,以本校為整頓學習紀律的試驗學校)幫助下,進行了整頓工作。首先,我們分析學生紀律不好的原因;其次,以行政為主,動員、依靠教師,發揮教師的積極性和主導作用並取得團、隊、學生會的密切配合;同時,從整頓課堂學習紀律入手,通過經常的教學活動,進行積極正面的教育,明確和貫徹了以教育為主的方針。從四月中旬到五月底,學校學習紀律有了很大的進步。
Before straightening out to learn discipline, our school discipline is quite chaotic. The rectification work was carried out under the help of the working group (a pilot school composed of the City Bureau of Education, the municipal and district youth committees and the district government, etc., with the school as the experimental school for rectification and discipline learning). First of all, we analyze the causes of poor student discipline. Secondly, take administration as the mainstay, mobilize and rely on teachers to exert the enthusiasm and leading role of teachers and obtain the close cooperation among groups, teams and student associations. At the same time, Through regular teaching activities, we conducted positive and positive education and defined and implemented a policy of giving priority to education. From mid-April to the end of May, there has been a great improvement in school discipline.
