农村公路是公路网建设的基础,是城乡统筹协调发展的重要钮带,在建设新农村中具有基础性、先导性和带动性的作用。本文通过对现在农村公路交通中存在的问题和农村公路规划目标的分析研究,在遵循统筹规划、因地制宜、节约用地、环境保护、可持续发展等原则下,提出了农村公路规划建设中应该着重关注的几个方面,包括规划、安全、养护、客运等,为新农村建设中农村公路的规划提供一定的参考意见。
Rural roads are the foundation for the construction of highway networks and an important tie for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. Rural roads play a fundamental, leading and leading role in building new rural areas.
