应用扫描电镜,结合听觉电生理学和酶组织化学方法研究了缺铁对大鼠听毛细胞结构与功能的影响。结果发现,缺铁组大鼠耳蜗生物电位的产生受到抑制;听毛细胞过氧化物酶活性降低或消失;听毛细胞形态学变化主要表现为静纤毛融合扭曲、相互粘连、劲度降低或纤毛缺失。对缺铁损伤听毛细胞的可能机制和临床意义作了讨论。
Scanning electron microscopy, combined with auditory electrophysiological and enzymatic histochemical methods to study the effect of iron deficiency on the structure and function of rat hair cells.
