目的了解汝南县艾滋病自愿咨询检测现状,为进一步搞好艾滋病自愿咨询检测提供依据。方法采用开放式的咨询方式,H IV抗体检测按照《国家艾滋病检测工作规范》执行。结果 2008-2009年VCT工作发现H IV/AIDS患者202人,占全县同期发现H IV/AIDS患者的86.32%。结论 VCT工作在发现H IV/AIDS患者工作中具有重要作用。VCT能预防艾滋病传播,减少艾滋病对个人、家庭和社会的影响,有利于社会稳定及和谐社会的建立,应当巩固和加强VCT工作。
Objective To understand the current status of voluntary counseling and testing for AIDS in Runan County and provide evidence for further voluntary counseling and testing of AIDS. Methods Using an open counseling approach, H IV antibody testing was performed in accordance with the National AIDS Testing Code. Results A total of 202 HIV / AIDS patients were found in VCT from 2008 to 2009, accounting for 86.32% of the total H IV / AIDS patients in the same county in the same period. Conclusions VCT work has an important role in the discovery of H IV / AIDS patients. VCT can prevent the spread of AIDS, reduce the impact of AIDS on individuals, families and society, contribute to social stability and the establishment of a harmonious society, and should consolidate and strengthen VCT.
