近年来,张家口市许多中小学先后赴洋思、杜郎口等学校学习课堂教学改革经验,自主研究与探索课堂教学改革,形成了本土化、科学化、易操作、有成效的课堂教学模式。其中,蔚县三中形成了“两案六环节”教学模式,这种教学模式使全体学生受到关注而实现自我发展。经过几年的教学实践,学生的平均分、及格率大幅上升,班级、学科、教师发展逐步平衡,蔚县三中也跃升为蔚县窗口学校。张家口市桥东区
