本文介绍一种用于标定(超)低频振动传感器的小型伺服振动台的原理和性能。振动台采用了闭环伺服技术,降低了低频段的失真度,拓宽了小型电动式振动台的低频使用范围,在小型振动台上实现了低频振动传感器的标定。
This article describes the principles and performance of a small servo shaker for calibration of (ultra) low frequency vibration sensors. Closed-loop servo technology is used in the shaker to reduce the distortion in the low frequency range, broaden the low-frequency use range of the small-sized electric shaker and realize the calibration of the low-frequency vibration sensor on the small shaker.
