2006年,广东省边防总队不断加大科技强警工作力度,以“统筹规划、分类指导、分步实施、整体推进”为方针,以服务中心工作为目标,以“基层、一线”为重点,全省科技基础设施建设不断加强,官兵科技意识和应用能力进一步提高。近日,本刊记者就现代科技在南粤边关的建设和应用问题专访了广东省边防总队总队长吕文彦、政委衡长福两位少将。
