建设社会主义新农村,是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,是新时期党对农村工作提出的重大战略目标。新农村建设目标的实现,最终要靠农村基层党组织团结带领广大农民群众来完成。因此,积极探索构建建设社会主义新农村大背景下的基层党建工作新机制,不仅是改进和加强党的基层组织建设的客观需要,更是加快建设社会主义新农村的现实要求。
Building a new socialist countryside is a major historical task in the process of China’s modernization and a major strategic goal put forward by the CPC in rural areas in the new period. The realization of the goal of building a new socialist countryside will eventually be accomplished through uniting the masses of peasants in the rural grass-roots party organizations. Therefore, it is not only an objective requirement to improve and strengthen the building of the Party’s grass-roots organizations, but also a practical requirement to speed up the construction of a new socialist countryside, in order to actively explore a new mechanism for grass-roots party building under the background of building a new socialist countryside.
