目的探讨抗菌药物合理应用的有效途径。方法随机抽取2007年1000份病历进行统计分析,分析当前抗菌药物应用现状及主要不合理的表现,就问题提出相应的对策和措施。结果当前抗菌药物的滥用情况十分普遍,致病菌耐药已相当严峻,必须采取积极有效的措施加以制止。结论有必要加大抗菌药物的管理力度,实现分级管理,以促进合理用药。
Objective To explore effective ways of rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods A total of 1000 medical records in 2007 were randomly selected for statistical analysis. The current status of antimicrobial application and the main unreasonable performance were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and measures were put forward. Results The current situation of abuse of antimicrobial drugs is very common. Pathogenic bacteria have become quite drug resistant and must be stopped with positive and effective measures. Conclusion It is necessary to increase the management of antimicrobial agents, to achieve hierarchical management, in order to promote the rational use of drugs.
