为保证大型锻压机组合结构的整体工作性能,针对锻压机典型的局部组合结构——C型板与十字键联接,运用大型商用有限元软件Marc,分析了锻造过程中巨大工作载荷传递引起的两者之间的接触状态变化规律。研究结果表明:工作载荷作用下,十字键和C型板之间接触面积减小,出现“开缝”和界面接触应力分布极度不均匀的现象,直接影响压机结构承载过程中的力流传递特征。通过设置合理的过盈量,使“开缝”值在满足强度设计条件下的最大降幅达到77.87%,改善了接触应力分布极度不均匀现象,最大应力差值由156.42 MPa降为131.59MPa,增大了两者之间的接触面积,使得力流传递均匀。
