三门峡火电厂一期工程地处黄河南岸II、III级阶地上 ,勘探区内地基土主要为第四纪晚更新统的马兰黄土 ,钻孔揭示出的土层自上而下分为 3层 ,最上层为湿陷性黄土 ,层厚 3~ 1 8.5m ,具有中等压缩性、湿陷量大、湿陷起始压力小等特性。经各能级强夯消除湿陷深度计算 ,对主厂房、烟囱、混煤罐区采用 80 0 0kN·m级强夯 ,冷却塔、循环水泵房区采用 6 5 0 0kN·m级强夯 ,厂前建筑区等采用 30 0 0kN·m级强夯 ;夯打以最后 3击贯入度≤ 5 0mm为止 ,再用碾压机压实 ,垫二八灰土层 1m(厂前建筑区除外 ) ,作C1 0素混凝土垫层 1 0 0mm。经检查 ,强夯效果良好 ,质量符合要求。
